Our Mission

The Khalsa Youth Leadership Program is dedicated to empowering Sikh youth to become proactive leaders. Our goal is to provide youth with the tools and experiences necessary to lead with confidence and compassion, fostering a future generation that is both skilled and community-oriented.

Understanding Seva

The Essence of Selfless Service

Seva, or selfless service, is a cornerstone of Sikh philosophy, emphasizing the importance of serving others without expectation of reward. It is an expression of humility and compassion, encouraging individuals to contribute positively to society. In the Sikh community, Seva is not just an act of charity but a way of life, embodying the teachings of the Gurus. Through Seva, individuals learn the value of empathy and the impact of collective efforts in creating lasting change. This program invites youth to embrace these values, transforming them into leaders who serve with purpose and integrity.
